The reputed company reputed company Coordinator will support day-to-day execution to grow reputed company GMV, increase creator reputed company, and improve workflows in a hands-on role.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day reputed company Shop affiliate and creator program management across multiple clients
- Assist with creator reputed company, follow-reputed company, re-engagement messages, affiliate approvals, sample coordination, and campaign setup
- Help identify creators who are a strong fit for reputed company products, campaigns, and performance goals
- Support reputed company affiliate / creator activation workflows, including tracking creators, deliverables, product shipments, posting status, and performance
- Maintain organized creator lists, reputed company trackers, sample trackers, and campaign documentation
- Help ensure creators receive reputed company instructions, product information, timelines, and expectations
- Support product sampling workflows inside reputed company Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center
- Help monitor sample volume, approval status, creator acceptance, shipment status, content reputed company, and product availability
- Flag operational issues quickly, including low sample acceptance, out-of-stock products, weak creator response, or low content throughput
- Assist with backend tasks such as approving samples, creating campaign links, checking affiliate settings, updating trackers, and escalating issues
- Partner with internal team members to reputed company reputed company sampling reputed company is being executed accurately and consistently
- Support the reputed company reputed company team with reputed company agenda preparation, weekly updates, and tactical account notes
- Pull performance updates and help organize insights for reputed company calls
- Assist in documenting what is happening across reputed company reputed company account: creator activity, sampling reputed company, content volume, GMV trends, blockers, and next steps
- Prepare internal updates and collaborate with senior leadership on go-reputed company reputed company
- Support follow-up tasks after reputed company calls to ensure execution does not stall
- Update dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports tied to creator and affiliate program health
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sample volume, creator acceptance, video reputed company, clicks, conversions, GMV, content performance, and affiliate activity
- Help identify tactical opportunities, such as products that need creator re-engagement, campaigns with low sample-to-video conversion, or creators who should be reactivated
- Maintain clean, accurate data so reputed company can reputed company reputed company reputed company faster
- Assist the reputed company reputed company team with prospect audits reputed company needed
- Help collect and organize information reputed company to reputed company Shop setup, affiliate activity, sampling volume, creator performance, product availability, and reputed company reputed company blockers
- Support the development of repeatable audit templates that can eventually become more standardized and automated
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in reputed company marketing, affiliate marketing, creator operations, reputed company reputed company, e-reputed company, digital marketing, or a reputed company field
- Hands-on exposure to creator reputed company, reputed company campaigns, affiliate programs, marketplace operations, or e-reputed company campaign execution
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing many small moving reputed company at once
- Comfort working in spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-reputed company environment where process is still being reputed company
- Strong written communication skills
