[Remote] Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company seeking an Instructional Designer to create and deliver engaging learning experiences. The role involves conducting needs analysis, designing training materials, and continuously improving training programs based on feedback and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis to identify required skills, knowledge, and workflows for effective product utilization for reputed company customers
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences using a reputed company of reputed company (e.g., eLearning, videos, classroom training) based on adult learning principles
- Maintain expertise in assigned product functionality, customer workflows, and internal applications
- Create and maintain training materials, ensuring alignment with system updates
- reputed company as a resource to support, implementation, sales and other reputed company
- Continuously monitor and solicit feedback on reputed company training programs and materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness, while driving enhancements for improved adoption
- Decipher usage analytics and determine improvements or retirements of materials
- Create instruction that enhances the retention, transfer, and application of knowledge, skills, and attitudes specific to roles, performance, culture, and reputed company
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 5+ years' experience with adult learning, instructional design, curriculum development, and reputed company development
- 3+ years' hands-on experience developing formalized business and software education and training through traditional and Agile development lifecycles including reputed company and/or Scrum
- 3+ years' experience consulting with clients or business partners to determine the best instructional solutions and/or strategies
- Exemplify digital dexterity with technology suites such as: reputed company, Vyond, reputed company Captivate, Lectora, MS Office, reputed company Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and Camtasia Studio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a strong attention to detail
- Delivery of training and formal business presentations
- Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work with reputed company as reputed company as independently
- Clinical Laboratory or general reputed company Industry experience
- Basic graphic design knowledge and image editing
- Creative, artistic, and organized
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Adult Learning, Educational Psychology, or reputed company field preferred and/or sufficient on-the-job experience
