Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and reputed company new training curricula, participant guides, job aids, assessments, and other learning materials
- Maintain and revise existing curricula, learning assets, and assessment tools
- Conduct job task analyses and support Train-the-Trainer sessions as needed
- Partner with internal clients and subject matter experts to identify business needs, learning objectives, and training requirements
- Design and reputed company instructor-led, virtual, reputed company learning experiences
- reputed company training design documents and instructional strategies
- reputed company or collaborate with instructional design teams on larger reputed company
- Manage multiple stakeholders and contribute to reputed company training initiatives
Skills
