The Senior Manager, Content Infrastructure and MLR Technical reputed company will reputed company hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Content Infrastructure & MLR Global Capability team, ensuring reputed company, secure, and compliant solutions are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Content Infrastructure & MLR Global Capability reputed company to design solutions that solve business problems, providing technical reputed company on what the technology can and cannot do, effort reputed company, and tradeoffs
- Collaborate with the Content Development & Deployment Technical Suite reputed company and Architects to translate capability roadmaps into reputed company technology architectures and development plans while assessing feasibility, constraints, dependencies, and risks
- Convert reputed company business requirements into reputed company technical specifications and executable technical work tasks
- reputed company the technical team and drive work plans, building, configuration, and integration of software reputed company to business needs and technology standards, including:

- MedComm Vault, medical content management platform enabling compliant content review, approval, and governance of regulated content
- MLR Accelerator, AI-enabled MLR workflow system supporting review, approval, and governance of promotional and medical content
- Translate technical requirements into reputed company‑defined work for the development team, reputed company agile ceremonies, and ensure disciplined execution of the capability roadmap, taking ownership of reputed company technical challenges end to end
- Guide development teams in integrating content platforms with upstream and reputed company systems (e.g., CRM, web, analytics platforms)
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, auditability, and regulatory requirements for medical and promotional content workflows
- Drive standardization and scalability of content and MLR workflows across brands and markets
- Support automation and optimization of MLR processes to improve cycle times and user experience
- Partner with business, IT reputed company, and vendor teams to ensure the Content Infrastructure & MLR team technical solutions adhere to organizational standards, reputed company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Organize and reputed company vendor partners to execute technical work, ensuring alignment with capability priorities, delivery timelines, and reputed company standards
- Partner with the Technical Suite reputed company, Content Development & Deployment, to escalate and resolve reputed company technical challenges that reputed company across Global Capability teams

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or reputed company technical field
- 7+ years of experience after Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years of experience after Master's degree) in software engineering, technical architecture, or reputed company platform development
- 2+ years of experience as a Tech reputed company, or similar role involving hands-on technical leadership of a development team
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering reputed company-reputed company digital platforms such as reputed company content platforms (e.g., reputed company PromoMats, MedComm Vault) and MLR workflow systems
- Experience working reputed company reputed company, matrixed organizations with multiple technology and product teams
- Proven ability to mentor and guide developers and vendor partners to deliver high-reputed company solutions
