Responsibilities
- Create processes and cross-functional project plans for the reputed company of large strategic clients
- Manage communications to reputed company contacts ranging from C-level executives to general staff
- reputed company reputed company deliverables, including metric reporting and the establishment of governance plans
- Execute effectively by training reputed company employees and creating comprehensive procedure documentation
- Analyze productivity and reputed company to reputed company critical input for strategic reputed company planning
- Identify trends in service delivery to proactively manage reputed company expectations and results

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of insurance industry experience reputed company an MGA/RGA or reputed company environment
- 10+ years in a customer-facing delivery role managing large-reputed company relationships
- 10+ years of experience utilizing Project or Program Management methodologies
- Strong leadership reputed company with high-level executive presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently (50-60%) to reputed company offices to maintain partnerships and support reputed company
- Experience leading change management initiatives and planning cultural transformations
