[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The role involves answering calls from consumers, tracking inquiries, and providing assistance according to established guidelines while ensuring reputed company service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general reputed company, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and reputed company policies

- Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines

- Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures
- Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company programs and systems
Skills
- At least HS diploma OR GED. (reputed company of education is must)
- Must have 2-3 years of Customer Service experience reputed company reputed company/insurance/reputed company call center industry
- Primary Languages - Laotian/Lao, Japanese, reputed company, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong, Tag along, English, Spanish
- Candidate MUST have high-speed wired Internet reputed company. Wi-Fi / Wireless connections are not allowed
