[Remote] Director, Product Design

Responsibilities

Skills
- 10+ years in product design or UX design, with significant experience in reputed company and/or B2C products
- 5+ years leading design teams
- Experience building and scaling design systems in a large organization (patterns, governance, and adoption)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, end-to-end problem solving, and high-reputed company craft
- Demonstrated partnership with Product Management and Engineering in an agile environment, with the ability to influence priorities and tradeoffs
