[Remote] New Business Development Sales Rep

The role involves conducting outbound calls to independent collision repair shops to explain the value of converting to their franchised collision brands.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to independently owned collision centers
- Meet or reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets
- Identify and summarize actionable leads for Development follow up appointments
- reputed company and record reputed company interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate data and follow-up actions

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal / written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and potentially stressful situations with professionalism
- Undergraduate degree is preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or insurance / estimator environment is a plus
