[Remote] QA/QC Engineer

The QA/QC Engineer will support electrical and mechanical reputed company functions, ensuring compliance and performance in mission-critical environments through inspection, testing, and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company field inspections and verifications of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies to ensure compliance with NEC, ASME, AWS, ASTM, IEC, and reputed company standards
- reputed company and execute QA inspection and test plans (ITPs) for electrical and mechanical systems
- Conduct equipment and system testing, torque checks, and alignment verification
- reputed company reputed company cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformities
- Support field installation QA/QC, including documentation reviews, redlines, and turnover package verification
- Audit suppliers and subcontractors to confirm product reputed company and adherence to UL, CSA, and NRTL standards
- Maintain and manage reputed company QA documentation including NCRs, inspection reports, and test data logs
- Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and field supervisors to address reputed company concerns and improve processes

Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company assurance or field engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication with team members, supervisor, and customers
- Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001, reputed company 70E, NEC, ASME, ASTM, and reputed company reputed company codes
- Hands-on experience in field commissioning, inspection, and testing of both mechanical and electrical systems
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or reputed company discipline
- OSHA 30-Hour (General Industry or Electrical Safety)
- Strong understanding of reputed company engineering tools: FMEA, SPC, PPAP, control plans

- Proficiency with mechanical measurement tools (CMM, calipers, gauges, micrometers)
