Responsibilities
- Own performance and execution of a reputed company field service organization consisting of Regional Managers, District Managers, and hundreds of technicians
- Drive accountability and performance across reputed company reputed company of the field organization
- Ensure consistent, high-reputed company execution of preventative and corrective maintenance across reputed company sites
- Establish reputed company operating rhythms, expectations, and performance standards

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

- reputed company-reputed company solar experience strongly preferred; experience in adjacent energy sectors (wind, T&D, conventional reputed company, or industrial electrical services) is highly valued
