Responsibilities
- Quote, market and bind small reputed company policies
- Process policy endorsements and account changes
- Handle policy renewals including reviewing renewal terms and communicating with clients
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy questions, changes and billing issues
- Identify cross-selling and account reputed company opportunities
- Quote new small reputed company business as needed
- Collect and verify reputed company information from clients
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records in reputed company management system ( Hawksoft )
- Respond to reputed company inquiries in a reputed company, reputed company manner
