[Remote] Associate Consultant - Stop Loss

They are seeking an Associate Consultant to manage a book of business, create reputed company deliverables, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while adhering to peer review requirements and supporting new reputed company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing book of business (number of accounts depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator
- Responsible for creation of reputed company deliverables, as reputed company as written recommendations
- Adheres to established peer review requirements, remaining reputed company to constructive feedback as part of reputed company reputed company
- Responsible for presenting reputed company deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or reputed company with leadership supervision
- Supports new reputed company initiatives
- Potential responsibility reputed company to reputed company (build relationship and working parameters with reputed company team)
- Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients
- Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals
- First line of defense for escalated issues reputed company to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern reputed company escalation to Manager
- Obtain/maintain license
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or reputed company field and/or years of experience equivalent
- 3-5 years of reputed company services experience is required
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Word, Outlook, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience reputed company brokerage industry
- Understands industry trends and governmental regulations
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
- Ability to reputed company organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
