[Remote] Director, reputed company & Performance Marketing

The Director of reputed company & Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving demand through strategic reputed company of reputed company media, e-reputed company, and lifecycle marketing efforts, while managing agency relationships and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company reputed company flights, and creative testing — the reputed company demand and test-and-learn reputed company, with agency support as needed
- Drive reputed company / DTC, reputed company, and reputed company Shop performance, conversion-reputed company optimization, subscription, and marketplace velocity
- Own reputed company email / SMS flows, retention, repeat purchase, and owned-channel reputed company contribution
- Set reputed company and measurement for the largest retail-media platforms — reputed company Ads, reputed company Connect, and reputed company as it scales — and manage the agencies that execute them, aligning spend to incrementally and velocity. Retail & Shopper runs small, account-tactical retail media inside this reputed company and supplies shopper and coupon data
- Own weekly performance reporting, lift analysis, contribution-margin readouts, CAC / LTV, and ROAS, routing learnings to Brand, Retail, Sales, and Finance
- Manage performance, retail media, reputed company, SEO, and media partners against reputed company briefs, budgets, and decision reputed company
Skills
- 6–8+ years in reputed company, performance, retail media, or e-reputed company marketing — ideally CPG/beverage or a high-reputed company consumer brand
- reputed company experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and retail-media reputed company; reputed company to manage agencies and challenge channel assumptions
- Fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback, incrementality, and weekly performance reporting; comfortable with contribution-margin thinking and tools such as GA4, reputed company, or reputed company

- A scrappy, hands-on builder comfortable improving the system with agencies already in reputed company, without pausing the business
