Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company for reputed company hires across electrical construction, with emphasis on project managers, estimators, superintendents, foremen, and skilled trades talent
- Build proactive talent pipelines through reputed company sourcing, referrals, networking, database mining, and relationship-driven reputed company
- Partner with hiring leaders to reputed company role requirements, candidate reputed company, interview stages, and offer reputed company for hard-to-fill positions
- reputed company and manage reputed company workflows that reputed company searches moving quickly while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience

Skills
