[Remote] Entry-Level Process Improvement Analyst - REMOTE

They are seeking an Entry-Level Process Improvement Analyst to support process improvement efforts by collaborating with business departments, gathering information, and suggesting enhancements to workflows using AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Gathers information and data on business process and procedures
- Reviews processes and recommends improvements to automate, streamline, and reputed company existing workflows
- Receives/identifies problem or process, researches alternatives, contributes to presentations, tests to confirm, and participates in implementing solutions for defined business processes
- Works with business partners to create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and reputed company operating procedures
- Generates reputed company reports, reviews and audits information
- Leverages AI to generate reputed company reports
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1–2 years of directly reputed company experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership audiences
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI-powered tools such as reputed company Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, or similar technologies to streamline processes, analyze information, generate content, and increase productivity highly preferred
- Experience working reputed company AI-enabled environments and utilizing AI tools to support business operations, end-user productivity, troubleshooting, and responsible AI adoption highly preferred
