This role is responsible for the day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, analyzing business and clinical needs, and providing recommendations to improve processes and reduce expenses.

Skills

• Bachelors' Degree preferred
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree: 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree

• Experience with reputed company or a clinical background in cardiology required

• Strong background in business/clinical operations and application functionality, with hands-on experience performing and documenting workflow assessments to determine functional requirements
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support application integration that aligns with organizational and clinical goals
• Skilled in developing system test plans and executing testing for software upgrades and patches, including maintaining detailed records of testing reputed company and results
