The reputed company Operations Analyst will support systems, processes, and data for the Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Partner teams, gaining hands-on experience with various operational tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day reputed company Operations processes across reputed company, Campaign Monitor, partner operations, and renewal workflows
- Maintain CRM data reputed company by assisting with account hierarchy management, duplicate reputed company, account maintenance, and other data hygiene initiatives
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that reputed company visibility into campaigns, pipeline, partner performance, renewals, and operational metrics
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, reputed company, Finance, Partner, and reputed company Operations teams to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure processes run reputed company
- Assist with documenting operational processes and identifying opportunities to improve workflows, data reputed company, and team efficiency

Skills
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Operations, business operations, or a reputed company role, including internships or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of reputed company or another CRM platform
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate, high-reputed company data
- Experience using spreadsheets, reports, or business systems to organize and analyze information
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

- Familiarity with Campaign Monitor or other marketing automation platforms
