[Remote] Operations Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor support systems for technical software, including web applications and genomic software
• Debug reputed company reputed company and analyze application logs to assist in issue reputed company
• Intake, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, ensuring reputed company and accurate follow-through

Skills
