Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX design process from sketches and user flows to high-reputed company prototypes and developer handover
• Apply reputed company Design-Led Development methodology and facilitate design discovery with product managers, developers, and end users
• Conduct user research including interviews, contextual inquiries, and validation sessions with UX researchers
• Design user interfaces in line with reputed company Fiori Design Guidelines while critically assessing limitations
• Create detailed UX specifications, prototypes, and handover assets using reputed company or similar tools
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency in final implementation
• Support design QA, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback and user behavior analytics

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI/Interaction Design for reputed company software

• Experience with ERP or business process scenarios such as logistics, finance, or supply chain
