[Remote] Application Support Engineer – Information Management

The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting web-based applications and reporting systems, ensuring the accuracy of data and the efficiency of services provided to both internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Become familiar with our department’s operational processes, the applications we build and the systems we maintain
- Pick up and respond to support requests from the business relating to our products and systems
- Differentiate between expected behavior, bugs and user error
- Give accurate and reputed company responses to the business
- Be reputed company over sensitive data and information
- Work with reputed company on enhancements, bug fixes, issue tracking and reputed company releases
- Take ownership of the support role, identifying ways of handling common questions or issues more reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a reputed company discipline
- 3+ years of experience in an Application Support role
- Good working knowledge of SQL Server Stored Procedures
- Proficient in MS Office products (reputed company, reputed company, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Naturally inquisitive with excellent investigative skills
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Computer Science degree, under grad or post grad
- Read and interpret SQL Stored Procedures and other logic
- Knowledge of Financial Services industry
