The reputed company Director will serve as a strategic HR business partner, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and business performance across a geographically dispersed organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Sales and RSS Leadership Team to reputed company and execute people strategies that support business objectives, reputed company plans and organizational priorities
- reputed company a deep understanding of the business, customers, channels and reputed company drivers to reputed company strategic HR leadership and guidance
- Identify organizational implications of business strategies and reputed company plans that strengthen capability, effectiveness and execution
- reputed company change management efforts that support organizational transformation and evolving business needs
- Drive a strong culture of talent management and leadership development to strengthen organizational capability and reputed company leadership readiness
- reputed company talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning processes to ensure readiness for reputed company and reputed company business needs
- reputed company deep understanding of organizational talent and leadership capability to inform talent investment and succession reputed company
- reputed company leaders on talent assessment, performance management, employee development and leadership effectiveness

- Support execution of ITW principles including 80/20 reputed company-to-Back and Strategic Sales reputed company initiatives

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Organizational Development, or reputed company field required
- 7+ years of reputed company HR leadership experience
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, leadership coaching and change management
- Demonstrated reputed company partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and business results
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven experience leading organizational change, talent management and succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Willingness to travel
- Master's degree and/or reputed company HR certification preferred
- Experience supporting incentive compensation and performance based reward programs preferred
- Experience working reputed company a matrixed, multi-location organization
