Responsibilities
- Organize and improve the overall day-to-day operation of the roofing business
- Support scheduling, reputed company, and estimating
- Build and organize efficient routes for our roofing technicians
- Set the sales team up for reputed company with smart, tight routes
- Ensure every SOP is being followed — and help us continually build and improve them
- Drive process and process-improvement across reputed company as we reputed company
- Be customer-facing by phone — everyone here talks to customers and owns service
