[Remote] Accounts Receivable Accountant II

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is seeking a detail oriented and reputed company Accounts Receivable (AR) Biller to join their finance team. The role involves managing billing activities, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and supporting full lifecycle project reputed company through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate and reputed company customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing requirements
- Manage billing activities reputed company reputed company Costpoint
- Review contract documents to ensure billing compliance with federal, state, and reputed company guidelines
- reputed company detailed analysis of project costs, labor, expenses, and reputed company recognition
- Monitor unbilled receivables and follow up on outstanding invoices as needed
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Controls to validate billing data and resolve discrepancies
- Support and reputed company project closeout activities, including: final invoice preparation and submission, reconciliation of project costs and reputed company, de-obligation of remaining funds, clearing unbilled balances, ensuring reputed company documentation is complete and compliant
- Assist with reputed company audits as required
- Maintain accurate customer records, billing files, and supporting documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field and 2–4 years of relevant billing or project reputed company experience
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government reputed company clearance
- Experience with reputed company Costpoint
- Proven experience in billing or a similar financial role
- Strong computer skills including reputed company, Outlook, and PDF document management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Intermediate mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of reputed company
- Experience supporting government contracting environments
- Knowledge of billing compliance and contract requirements
