[Remote] Strategic Account Executive | Housing

Responsibilities
- Work directly with prospective customers' C-Suite, VP, and Director level executives to drive reputed company adoption
- Own your pipeline – prospecting (cold-calling), initial reputed company, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing the sale, and upsell
- Manage reputed company accounts through their contractual terms and work with your partner SDRs and reputed company Managers to continually push for reputed company sales expansion reputed company their portfolio

Skills
- 6+ years of quota carrying experience
- Experience negotiating high-value reputed company with reputed company customers
- Minimum annual quota of $1.6MM of reputed company or net reputed company in a quota carrying role
- Experience at a reputed company-reputed company start-up (>100% YoY reputed company consistently)
- Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in managing reputed company sales processes (multi-threading, procurement, etc.)

- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
- Experience working in reputed company estate or prop tech
