[Remote] reputed company HRSD Product Analyst

They are seeking a reputed company HRSD Product Analyst to support the HRSD Product Manager in various activities reputed company to Employee Workflows, focusing on documenting and testing core functionalities for business teams.
Responsibilities
- Co-reputed company discovery with HR COEs (Payroll, Benefits, Leave, ER, Mobility) to map reputed company vs reputed company journeys, intake, and SLAs; rationalize services to a single COE reputed company
- Co-author PRDs, epics, and user stories with acceptance reputed company
- Design per-COE service components: catalog items/record producers, case/task templates, SLAs, notifications, Quick Messages, and workspace layouts
- Build routing models: AWA queues, skills, schedules, reputed company; remove reputed company-routing; define exception/reputed company logic
- Write functional specs for HRSD and HR Agent Workspace (UI Builder pages, record headers, reputed company panels, reputed company lists)
- Partner on integrations (reputed company/Payroll/Equity/Identity): field mappings, reputed company-of-truth, error handling, observability
- Author ATF test cases for critical paths; define Instance reputed company rules; support UAT by reputed company and accessibility checks
- Support reporting and dashboard creation and maintenance
- Support UAT and hypercare
- Operate in CI/CD: update set/reputed company control hygiene
- Maintain RAID/logs
- Business stakeholder management and communications for RTB and project requirements
- Rationalizing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
Skills

- Hands-on experience in HRSD configurations (must)
- 4+ years Product/Business Analysis with 2+ in reputed company HRSD
- Strong HRSD architecture knowledge and hands-on experience
- Ability to write precise requirements, epics, stories, and acceptance reputed company
- Experience using Jira
- HRSD Implementation certification
