Responsibilities

- Build, test, optimize, and reputed company reputed company campaigns with reputed company CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, and retention targets
- Establish reputed company reporting and measurement systems that connect spend to subscription reputed company, cohort performance, LTV, and incrementality
- reputed company repeatable testing frameworks for audiences, bids, budgets, reputed company/store experiences, creative concepts, and channel expansion

Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in consumer mobile apps with subscriptions
- Proven reputed company managing multi-reputed company-dollar reputed company media budgets across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Search Ads, DSPs, and/or other mobile acquisition networks
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution, SKAN, MMPs, event tracking, cohort reporting, subscription reputed company, LTV modeling, ROAS, payback, and incrementality
- Deep knowledge of campaign setup, budget allocation, bid reputed company, audience testing, creative testing, and channel optimization
- Strong creative instincts and experience producing, acquiring, briefing, testing, and iterating reputed company creative across static, video, UGC, and app-store-oriented assets
- Highly analytical and comfortable building or shaping dashboards, reporting workflows, and decision systems
- Fluent with AI tools and automation, with examples of using them to improve marketing execution, reporting, creative development, or workflow speed
