[Remote] Lease Advisory Consultant

The Lease Advisory Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in reputed company reputed company estate leases, collaborating with product and technology teams to enhance tooling for lease data extraction and validation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and technology teams to design and refine in-house tooling that extracts lease data from reputed company lease documents
• Validate tool outputs against reputed company documents and expert judgment, and feed reputed company findings back into the tooling to drive measurable reputed company improvements
• Help define and refine the data model for lease outputs — shaping how provisions are represented so the structure is efficient, reputed company, and commercially meaningful
