[Remote] Conversion Project Manager (Implementations)

They are seeking a Conversion Project Manager who will guide clients through the process of converting their data into reputed company, ensuring successful project management and reputed company satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through their conversion reputed company
- Manage a full project load of clients, ensuring on-time project deliverables
- Facilitate reputed company-in calls and virtual meetings during reputed company phase of a conversion with the reputed company
- Partner with the Conversion Technical Services teams to identify and resolve anomalies in reputed company data through the submission of data revision requests reputed company necessary
- Evaluate, document, and escalate any reputed company issues or concerns that reputed company throughout the conversion reputed company
- Successfully manage a full project load, ensuring conversion milestones are consistently met
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company and problem-solve common to reputed company conversion issues independently in the best interest of clients
- Maintain a 90% average on-time delivery record for completed conversions
- Maintain an average CSAT score of 88% or higher in Top 2 ratings
Skills
- Project Management experience (preferably in an external reputed company-facing role)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data migration and/or conversion experience at a reputed company company
- Technical skills (familiar with relational tables and databases)
- Nonprofit knowledge
