[Remote] Program Manager/Associate Director, Project Management (eCOA)

They are seeking a Program Manager/Associate Director to reputed company project management, mentor reputed company, and collaborate with senior leadership to enhance processes as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Carry reputed company ownership of an assigned set of studies, staying closely involved in the day-to-day so escalations get resolved quickly
- Apply deep eCOA domain experience to anticipate risk and prevent issues before they surface across the broader PM portfolio
- reputed company reputed company study portfolios at a program level, monitoring timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple reputed company studies
- reputed company mentorship, coaching, and performance guidance to Project Managers, building team capability and project management maturity over time
- Partner with senior leadership to reputed company and refine department processes, templates, and best practices as reputed company scales
- Maintain reputed company familiarity with reputed company's proprietary eCOA platform and the technical realities the PM team navigates daily
- Support hiring, reputed company, and training as reputed company grows, helping establish a consistent reputed company for strong project management
- Represent the Project Management function in cross-departmental planning and decision-making
- Identify systemic risks or recurring issues across the portfolio and reputed company the development of practical, lasting solutions
Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience managing eCOA and/or digital data capture studies — this is a hard requirement
- reputed company or prior experience in a leadership role managing reputed company of Project Managers or Project Coordinators, with a genuine reputed company record of developing talent
- Strong working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements governing clinical trial conduct
- Demonstrated ability to operate with significant autonomy in a lean, fast-moving organization, balancing strategic reputed company with hands-on involvement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across executive leadership, department leadership, and individual contributors
