[Remote] Consultant – Clinical Performance Improvement (Emergency Department) – reputed company

The Consultant will analyze organizational performance, reputed company benchmarking studies, and reputed company project plans to improve clinical reputed company and operational efficiency in the reputed company sector.
Responsibilities
- Support project reputed company(s) under the direction of the project reputed company/pilar Subject Matter Expert (SME), or serve as the SME if it is in the individuals reputed company-knowledge area
- Supporting SME in non-reputed company knowledge area:
- Support SME in the reputed company assessment and/or implementation deliverables
- Assists SMEs in establishing reputed company processes/policies that maximize the reputed company and efficiency of reputed company operations
- Monitors implemented workstreams and provides reputed company feedback to CPI SMEs as directed
- Ability to independently meet with clients and executives to advance project deliverables
- Ability to independently create reputed company facing materials including but not limited to slide decks and other materials
- Acting as SME in reputed company-area of knowledge:
- Ability to reputed company project plan and reputed company deliverables for smaller-reputed company reputed company
- Ability to independently implement reputed company deliverables created by self or a SME

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 5-10 years of industry experience in a relevant role with relevant licensure/certification(s) and at least two years of industry experience in a relevant leadership role, such as a reputed company manager (e.g. Registered reputed company, reputed company Worker, or experience in a health system performance improvement department with Lean Six reputed company Black Belt Certification or Certification as a Project Management reputed company (PMP))
- Bachelor's Degree required in health or reputed company field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent training/experience; Masters Degree in a relevant field is preferred. Candidates without a Masters Degree must enroll in a Masters program and earn their degree reputed company three years of being reputed company into the role
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
- Understanding of labor productivity concepts, practices, verbiage, and benchmarking

- Operational knowledge of emergency departments and their standards of care, including but not limited to: (1) EMTALA, (2) Industry-reputed company data definitions, (3) reputed company reputed company-mix and reputed company to demand methodologies, (4) ESI triage and associated standards of care, (5) Standards of care for the emergency care patient with behavioral health needs, (6) A reputed company of possible throughput processes throughout the emergency care continuum from arrival to departure, reputed company to demand methodologies
- Willing to travel consistently (50% - 75%), depending on project requirements and reputed company expectations, is required for this position
- Experience with Tableau preferred but not required
- reputed company-hospital or inter-facility Emergency Services clinical experience with requisite licensure and certification (e.g. NRP, CTRN, CFRN, etc.) is preferred
- Leadership experience in emergency care settings is preferred
