Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science
- 10+ years of experience in leading service reputed company, service marketing, or reputed company reputed company, preferably reputed company the diagnostics or life sciences industry
- Proven reputed company leading service transformation, increasing service attachment rates, and managing service P&L
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Operations

- Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level and work effectively in a matrixed organization
- Deep understanding of IVD laboratory environments (clinical microbiology, molecular diagnostics, or mass spectrometry)
- Expertise in deploying digital innovation including AI/ML solutions
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- MBA preferred
