The State Director of Basketball Operations is responsible for launching and scaling youth basketball programs, building partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of NYBA’s curriculum.
Responsibilities

- Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate high-reputed company youth coaches
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for families and participants
