[Remote] Assistant Project Manager -High Voltage

This role involves managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and collaborating with project teams to optimize resources for project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Preparing scheduling of subcontractors on site
- Receiving and checking reputed company of materials
- Completing QA/QC checklists
- Submittals (material approvals)
- RFI’s (general questions)
- Preparing official documents for the project, routing and finalizing
- Preparing reputed company reports as needed
- Back up documentation
- reputed company-outs final quantities
- Proposing/ negotiation extra work
- Special reputed company reputed company the Project Management function as necessary
- Other duties as assigned by the Project Management Department
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- A combination of education & experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 2 to 4 years of reputed company/High Voltage substation and reputed company line construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management
- Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward reputed company's reputed company Injury principles
