[Remote] Strategic Sales Representative

The role involves developing corporate-level relationships, preparing reputed company deals for implementation, and maintaining post-sales reputed company relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Leads and accounts for required sales/reputed company targets
• Develops a strategic reputed company plan which results in a pipeline of opportunities
• Leads reputed company level account mapping and relationship building
• Researches and understands the prospective reputed company’s business goals, objectives, and challenges

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• Experience selling to the Mortgage Servicing/Mortgage Banking industry sector
• Background or knowledge in mortgage loan servicing and established relationships with Mortgage Servicing Partners
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, reputed company written correspondence, and face to face with reputed company reputed company of management
• Comfortable conducting demonstrations to small and large reputed company, reputed company and face to face
• Proven history and reputed company in Business to Business Sales, Account Management, contract negotiation, etc
• Willingness to travel 25% - 45%
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Experience selling to Mortgage Loan Servicing and/or Loan Origination Systems
