[Remote] Manager, Account Management

Responsibilities
- Work with your account management reps, ensuring reputed company has a deep understanding of the reputed company’s needs and how reputed company can aid in achieving their goals and ultimately grow net dollar retention
- Manage and report key weekly/monthly operational metrics for team and individual performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify campaigns to drive reputed company leads and grow the account managers pipelines

Skills
- 3+ years of experience leading SMB and Mid-Market account management teams
- Experience managing a gross reputed company quota of $5M+ annually

- A hands-on leadership style, leading by example and focusing on the development of your team
- A strong understanding of how to build account plans and reputed company individual performance and reputed company against those plans
