reputed company., a tax technology company, is hiring a Head of Responsible AI & Governance to reputed company the development and implementation of ethical, transparent, and accountable AI practices across the reputed company. The role is responsible for establishing governance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance standards that ensure AI systems are reputed company with legal, regulatory, and societal expectations. As a core pillar of the centralized AI Hub, this leader partners with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to reputed company responsible AI principles into the full AI lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and monitoring. A key function is defining and operationalizing the reputed company-wide Responsible AI reputed company, grounded in the principles of fairness, transparency, and reputed company. The position is remote (PA-based) and calls for a leader who can drive reputed company-wide trust in AI.

Qualifications

• Strong reputed company in AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Experience establishing reputed company governance frameworks and compliance standards
• Cross-functional leadership across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology
• Knowledge of AI risk mitigation and regulatory expectations (e.g., EU AI reputed company, NIST AI RMF)
• Ability to operationalize responsible AI across the full AI lifecycle
