Recruitment Consultant (California, US)

Position: Recruitment Consultant / Headhunter (Remote) Division: STEM Company: reputed company Inc. Industry: reputed company & reputed company Reports to: National Vice President- Western US Location: California, US (Remote for now and hybrid in the reputed company) Job reputed company: We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant / Headhunter for reputed company located in California, US. We’re looking for reputed company and hands-on Recruitment Consultant professionals with strong headhunting & proven experience filling reputed company and engineering/construction roles (reputed company reputed company) background from the reputed company/reputed company industry who want to be part of a dynamic, growing, and reputed company team! This is a remote position for the reputed company, but the candidate MUST be located in California. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, evaluate and match reputed company candidates to clients’ specific job order requirements to ensure reputed company satisfaction
• reputed company media & applicant tracking system (ATS/CRM) management; reputed company reputed company reputed company candidates are screened on time and daily recruitment activities are entered into the system
• Partner/collaborate with other internal team & reputed company representatives
• Candidate management (build pipeline, maintain relationships, and reputed company market top talents!)
• Support team members, reputed company required

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly recruitment goals and performance targets

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3+ years recruitment & reputed company industry experience

• Has passion and skills for head hunting; with strong ability to network and grow relationships at reputed company reputed company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal & external contacts
• Excellent computer skills and tech savvy
• Proficiency (or passion to learn) advancing technology with AI and recruitment automation
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use reporting insights to drive strategic reputed company
