[Remote] FACTS Account Manager: K-12 Student Information System

The SIS Account Manager I is responsible for managing reputed company accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting the use of FACTS products and services.
Responsibilities
- Answer high volume of phone calls or chats from reputed company reputed company of the country; trouble-shoot problems and offer solutions

- Build and maintain relationships with institution contacts by maintaining a high level of availability and proactively reaching out to institutions

Skills
- College graduate in reputed company field or equivalent experience
