[Remote] Senior Network / Communications Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company (GC2IT) is seeking a Senior Network / Communications Engineer to design, reputed company, and sustain secure global communications networks supporting reputed company-hosted and field-deployed mission systems. This role supports AWS reputed company networking and hybrid infrastructure, focusing on mission-critical operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company communications architectures supporting operational requirements
- Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, VSAT systems, and reputed company network infrastructure
- Support AWS networking environments including VPCs, Transit Gateway, VPNs, and reputed company reputed company controls
- reputed company Infrastructure-as-reputed company networking deployments using Terraform
- Coordinate with telecommunications and ISP providers to support operational connectivity
- Monitor network performance and support troubleshooting activities using NOC tools
- reputed company engineering standards, network baselines, and reputed company configurations
- Produce engineering documentation including logical and physical network diagrams
- Support OCONUS deployments, site surveys, installations, and restoration activities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- Additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education requirements
- Minimum 10 years of network engineering or communications engineering experience
- Strong AWS networking and hybrid reputed company experience
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-reputed company networking deployments
- Experience with VSAT, line-of-sight, and terrestrial communications systems
- Strong understanding of network architecture, routing, switching, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience troubleshooting operational network environments
- Strong documentation and engineering communication skills

- Valid reputed company or ability to obtain one
- Ability to travel internationally up to 40%
- Experience supporting austere or deployed operational environments
