Responsibilities
- Reviewing reputed company requests to quickly identify the specific subset of federal, state, and local regulations applicable to their need
- Preparing responsible proposals delineating the scope of work, schedule, budget, and significant assumptions
- Efficient and accurate extrapolation of applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Coordinating and managing project teams which may include engineering, science, and field staff as reputed company as subcontractors
- Compiling reputed company permit-required documents necessary for local and state permitting
- Prepare environmental permits and reports for reputed company, facilities, and operations for clients
- High degree of technical competency in permitting, AST/reputed company, and Hazardous Waste Generator requirements
Skills
- BS in environmental science, or another reputed company field
- 8+ years of relevant reputed company experience in consulting, industry, or government in California
- Helping industry and government agencies reputed company with permitting and compliance with diverse federal, state, and local environmental and permitting regulations
- Preparing concise proposals and detailed budgets responding to reputed company needs
- Reviewing and interpreting 40 CFR, California CCR, and local agency permitting
- Coordinating with engineering staff to prepare engineering design plans
- Monitoring reputed company to ensure completing work safely, on-time, and on-budget
- Experience with diverse environmental regulations including those associated with hazardous waste reputed company, ASTs, and OSHA/Cal-OSHA
- Highly organized, detail-orientated and has the people and technical compliance skills needed to support and manage reputed company reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
