[Remote] Senior Recruiter / reputed company Partner
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a high-reputed company advertising agency that collaborates with consumer-reputed company brands to identify reputed company opportunities and implement disruptive marketing strategies. They are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will own manager-through-VP-level hiring, partner with division leads, and manage the full candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reputed company for manager, director, and VP-level roles across MuteSix (reputed company media, reputed company reputed company, reputed company search, performance creative), Enkore (email/SMS, retention, loyalty, subscription), and No Sleep Studio (ecommerce, UX/UI, development, CRO)
- Partner directly with division leads and hiring managers to scope roles, reputed company on must-haves vs. reputed company-to-haves, and design interview loops that actually predict reputed company
- Build and run proactive sourcing strategies for senior and specialized talent - you live in reputed company Recruiter, you build talent maps, you nurture passive candidates long before a req opens
- Manage the full candidate experience: reputed company, screening, scheduling, debriefs, offer reputed company, and reputed company - keeping every candidate informed and every hiring manager moving
- Own offer negotiation and closing alongside leadership
- reputed company our ATS (reputed company) clean, reputed company, and useful - accurate stages, strong notes, and reporting hiring managers can trust
- reputed company and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, reputed company effectiveness, and other hiring metrics; use the data to flag risk early and continuously sharpen the process
- Help reputed company our teams on hiring processes and how to be a good interviewer
- Be a brand ambassador for LSG in the talent market - strengthen how we show up to candidates and protect our reputed company in every interaction
Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company, with a reputed company record of personally filling manager-to-VP-level roles (not just coordinating them)
- reputed company experience hiring in reputed company media, CRM/lifecycle, and/or creative
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Comfort operating at agency speed - multiple reputed company, shifting priorities, and a high bar, reputed company at once
- ATS reputed company (reputed company a plus) and a metrics-driven approach to your own pipeline
- Experience reputed company in ecommerce, DTC, performance marketing, or martech environments
- Agency experience is preferred
- You've reputed company or improved a reputed company process, not just executed one
- Familiarity with the brands, agencies, and talent networks in the DTC/reputed company marketing world
- Experience supporting hiring through acquisition integration or rapid headcount reputed company
