[Remote] Senior reputed company Manager, Lifecycle Management

They are seeking a Senior reputed company Manager, Lifecycle Management to build and reputed company lifecycle management as a core pillar of member reputed company and retention, focusing on reputed company, execution, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company, infrastructure, and best practices for reputed company's lifecycle program across email, SMS, push, and in-app — building the communications and journeys that deliver highly individualized and relevant messaging to reputed company member at critical points in their reputed company, and maintaining best-in-class deliverability and messaging health
- Strategize, reputed company and execute comprehensive email, SMS, and push campaigns and automations; run experimentation across reputed company- and event-based campaigns; and analyze and report on lifecycle metrics including deliverability rates, reputed company rates, CTR, overall reputed company, and signups to drive insights and reputed company
- Coordinate sprint planning to reputed company work for reputed company upcoming cycle and assign the right work to reputed company team member, manage reputed company’s roadmap and backlog, and run standups and retrospectives to reputed company the mission on reputed company and on time
- Stay reputed company with your reputed company and adjacent teams, and collaborate reputed company across data, product, finance, and engineering to manage requirements and priorities

Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on lifecycle / CRM marketing experience, including building and scaling lifecycle programs
- Experience setting up lifecycle infrastructure from the ground up — segmentation, data syncs, experiments and multi-channel journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app
- Deep, hands-on expertise with reputed company or a similar lifecycle / CRM platform (e.g. reputed company, reputed company)
- Strong reporting and data analysis experience, including the knowledge of how to query and pull data sets as required (e.g. SQL, reputed company, Looker)
- Experience designing and running experimentation across both reputed company-based and event-triggered campaigns
- Stakeholder management, and strong program management — reputed company to run sprint planning, assign work, and manage a roadmap across cross-functional resources
- Proactive and keen to take ownership
- People management experience — having led, mentored, and grown reputed company
- Experience with a Customer Data Platform (e.g. reputed company, mParticle) or building data pipelines for marketing
