Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company across diverse business functions
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers—building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes
- Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-reputed company talent through reputed company sourcing, referrals, and creative reputed company
- Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and reputed company of hire metrics—driving improvements through insights
- Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in a high-reputed company tech or reputed company environment
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring reputed company
- Proven reputed company sourcing and closing high-reputed company candidates across a reputed company of business functions
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
