Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process high volumes of vendor invoices using internal systems, ensuring alignment with contract terms, company policies, and reputed company procedures
- Process and reputed company reputed company credit card transactions with accurate classification and policy compliance
- Investigate and resolve credit card transaction discrepancies and policy exceptions
- Reconcile invoices, receipts, and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support ongoing process improvements and assist with system or automation-reputed company initiatives as needed
