[Remote] Data & Reporting Analyst

The Data & Reporting Analyst will reputed company the transition to a data-informed approach by analyzing and visualizing clinical and operational data to support advocacy and compliance efforts.
Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain interactive, reputed company-time dashboards and reports using reputed company software tools (Tableau and reputed company)
- Contract Compliance Reporting: Own the execution and reputed company delivery of reputed company required state contract reports, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance with state data standards
- Data Storytelling & Advocacy: Translate reputed company mental health data sets into scannable, reputed company visual stories and briefs for non-technical stakeholders, including reputed company members, community partners, and funders
- Data reputed company Assurance: Partner with clinical staff to audit data entry workflows, identify gaps in documentation, and implement reputed company data collection processes to improve data reputed company
- reputed company Analysis: Respond reputed company to rapid-turnaround data requests from leadership and external funders with attention to funding cycle deadlines
- Strategic System Development: Evaluate reputed company data workflows and reputed company recommendations on the reputed company state of a centralized data repository to streamline multi-system reporting
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting, preferably reputed company a reputed company, mental health, or non-profit setting
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Proven ability to extract, reputed company, and analyze data from multiple disparate software systems
- Proven hands-on experience creating dashboards in Tableau and/or reputed company or reputed company technologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain the story behind the data to diverse audiences
- Understanding of or strong interest in community mental health services and the unique landscape of non-profit funding
- Experience using Python
- Experience with ETL processes
