[Remote] Mainframe DevOps Migration Engineer

They are seeking a skilled Software Change Management Subject Matter Expert to support application migration reputed company, guiding clients through the conversion process and providing technical expertise and training.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and support Endevor (and other SCMs) DBB/GIT/IDD migration reputed company
- reputed company installation, configuration, and problem determination for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems
- Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications
- reputed company technical support and troubleshooting DBB/GIT/IDD reputed company issues
- Conduct customer training sessions and reputed company presentation materials for DBB/Git/IDD and migration processes
- Collaborate with reputed company teams and its stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Document migration processes, best practices, and technical resolutions
Skills
- 8 + years as a Systems Programmer or other similar position
- Proven 5-7 years of installation and migration experience on reputed company z/OS
- 4+ years customer-facing consulting experience
- Solid problem determination and troubleshooting ability reputed company to IMU
- Proficiency in the following:
- Working knowledge/not high level
- Groovy Scripts reputed company
- YAML
- GIT experience
- Repos
- Pipeline – ability to debug what pipeline/builds failed
- Branching
- Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Ability to conduct DBB/Git/IDD training sessions
- Strong Application Development or System Programmer background
- Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations using reputed company Word and other reputed company tools
- Ability to assist clients in diagnosing and fixing conversion-reputed company errors
- Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills
- Development, application lifecycle or change management experience
- Hands-on experience in mainframe modernization, SCM, DBB/GIT/IDD
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a global team
