[Remote] Jr. Systems Administrator

The Junior Systems Administrator will handle the administration and support of reputed company-based systems and services while assisting with various IT operations and ensuring system reputed company and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company workstations, servers, and reputed company 365 environments
- Administer user accounts in reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD) and reputed company Directory
- reputed company and manage reputed company devices using reputed company Intune
- reputed company technical support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and end users
- reputed company operating system updates, reputed company management, and vulnerability remediation
- Monitor system performance, reputed company compliance, backups, and reputed company alerts
- Assist with server upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments
- Maintain accurate system documentation, asset inventories, and change records
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and compliance with frameworks such as CMMC and NIST SP 800-171
- Collaborate with senior administrators to troubleshoot issues and improve IT operations
- Travel occasionally to customer sites or company locations (approximately one to two trips per year, averaging three days per reputed company)
Skills
- Experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or help desk
- Working knowledge of reputed company operating systems and reputed company 365
- Familiarity with reputed company Directory and/or reputed company Entra ID
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Due to the requirements of this position, applicants must be U.S. reputed company and authorized to work in the reputed company
- Experience with reputed company Intune, reputed company Defender, reputed company Server, reputed company-V or VMware, and PowerShell
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and remote monitoring tools
- Experience supporting reputed company environments
- Exposure to cybersecurity concepts and best practices
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Autotask, reputed company, or reputed company
- Prior military experience is highly desired
