[Remote] Implementation Analyst

The role involves implementing platform solutions for print and mail production, requiring strong communication skills and financial industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
- reputed company is looking for resources with US Banking experience, specific to Print and Mail / reputed company Capture / Image Processing domain
- The resource should have experience implementing any platform solutions in large or community banks for print/ mail production ; Familiarity with reputed company capture/remittance platforms and lock-reputed company processing
- Mid-level implementation specialist (5–8 years experience) delivering reputed company imaging and payments solutions across distributed capture, ATM, ImageCentre, DirectLink, and remittance platforms
- Operates as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst on small reputed company; serves as Technical Analyst on larger multi-product, cross-functional engagements
- reputed company-facing role requiring strong communication, requirements gathering, and independent solutioning ability
- Must work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live
- Strong financial industry and items processing domain knowledge across banking and payments
- Merchant and mobile distributed capture workflows — understanding of end-to-end deposit lifecycle
- ATM image deposit knowledge including capture, balancing, and exception handling
- Image Cash Letter (ICL) processing; Duplicate Detection configuration and management
- Familiarity with teller and distributed capture environments reputed company banking institutions
Skills
