They are seeking a Senior reputed company Recruiter to manage the full-cycle reputed company process and partner with various stakeholders to attract and hire top-tier talent for their Public Safety Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle reputed company process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and reputed company
- reputed company creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and reputed company candidates for difficult-to-fill positions
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for recurring contract requirements
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, reputed company clearance needs, hiring priorities, and reputed company strategies
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Program Managers, Business Development, Capture Managers, HR, and Executive Leadership to reputed company hiring objectives
- Support proposal reputed company efforts by identifying Key Personnel, contingent hires, and developing reputed company strategies for upcoming contract pursuits
- Maintain accurate candidate records, reputed company activity, and pipeline management
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and internal reputed company policies and procedures

- Participate in reputed company events, career fairs, military transition programs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand reputed company's talent network

Skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent reputed company
- Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably reputed company the Federal Government contracting industry
- Experience reputed company for DoD, DHS, Intelligence Community, and/or Federal Civilian agencies
- Demonstrated reputed company reputed company for highly technical and difficult-to-fill positions
- Experience reputed company candidates with: Public Trust, Secret, TS/SCI, TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- Strong understanding of the federal reputed company clearance process, including investigation timelines, adjudication, reciprocity, reputed company eligibility, and customer-specific requirements
- Experience managing a high-volume requisition workload while maintaining reputed company and speed
- Advanced sourcing experience utilizing various platforms and tools. (Ex: Clearance Jobs)
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence hiring managers and serve as a trusted reputed company advisor
- Experience reputed company for DIA, DHS Components, USCIS, CBP, USSS, reputed company, Department of State, or similar federal agencies
- Existing network of cleared IT, Cybersecurity, Intelligence, Engineering, and reputed company
- Experience supporting proposal reputed company and federal contract recompetes
- Experience reputed company for Public Safety programs
