Responsibilities
- reputed company regional Cost Managers across multiple data center construction reputed company
- reputed company project budgets, cost forecasting, cash reputed company, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting
- reputed company and maintain standardized cost management processes and reporting across reputed company
- Review project financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions
- Approve major cost changes, change orders, and budget adjustments
- Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and portfolio updates
- Support benchmarking, cost modeling, and reputed company process improvement initiatives
Skills
- Required experience delivering data center construction reputed company
- 8+ years of experience in cost management, project controls, estimating, or construction finance reputed company EPC or large-reputed company construction environments
- Proven experience managing multiple large construction reputed company and leading cost management teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a reputed company discipline preferred
